About the Electric Baking Oven 1 Deck 1 Tray
A single 638×430 mm baking chamber on one deck, drawing 3.2 KW in a 945×605 mm body. It is the oven to start with when baking is part of what you do rather than all of it - cakes, cookies, a few trays of bread through the day, produced as they are ordered.
A deck oven bakes by conduction: heat comes from the deck itself into the base of whatever sits on it, then radiates from the chamber walls. That is what gives bread its base and its crust, and it is why deck ovens stay in bakeries long after convection ovens have been bought for everything else.
One deck means one temperature at a time, so plan the day's baking in order of heat rather than expecting to switch between them. If a single tray stops being enough, the 1 deck 2 tray takes two in one chamber; if you need two temperatures at once, the 2 deck 4 tray is the first model that gives you them.
Check the electrical point before ordering. At 3.2 KW this is a dedicated circuit, not a socket shared with the rest of the counter.
