Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Export orders are handled separately - please contact us for a quotation that includes freight and documentation.

How equipment is shipped

Commercial kitchen equipment is heavy and is dispatched by road transport, not courier. Smaller counter-top items such as toasters, grillers and chocolate warmers may go by surface courier.

Delivery time

Dispatch time depends on the machine. When we call to confirm your order we tell you when it can be dispatched. Equipment that is built to your specification, or ordered in for you - rotary ovens and larger deck ovens, for example - takes longer, and that lead time is confirmed in writing when the order is placed.

Shipping charges

Shipping is not charged on this website. After you place an order we call you to confirm it, and the shipping charge is decided on that call and applied only if applicable - it depends on the machine, the destination and whether unloading assistance is required at your site.

On delivery

Please inspect the packaging before signing the transporter's receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the receipt and reported to us within 48 hours, with photographs, so that we can raise a claim.

Installation

Installation and a staff demonstration can be arranged. Whether we can do it at your location, and any charge for it, is settled on the same confirmation call as everything else about the order.
