Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, billing and delivery address, and GSTIN where you provide one. We also record the IP address an enquiry was sent from, which helps us block spam, and we use it to work out the approximate town the enquiry came from so that sales knows where you are.
If you create an account, we store your name, contact details and saved addresses so that you do not have to type them again.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to process and deliver your order, to raise a tax invoice as required by law, and to provide service support afterwards.
Measurement and session recording
This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use it - which pages are read, which products are opened, and where visitors get stuck. Clarity records a replay of the session: the pages visited, and mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on them. These tools set cookies and share data with Google and Microsoft respectively, who process it under their own privacy terms.
Nothing you type into a password field is recorded. If you would rather not be measured, most browsers can block these scripts, and the site works normally without them.
Payments
When online payment is available, it is handled by a payment gateway. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the gateway's own secure page - we never see or store them.
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to run the business:
- the transporter delivering your equipment
- our payment gateway, when you pay online
- our own customer-management system, where enquiries are recorded so that nothing is missed
- the analytics providers named above
- our accountant, for statutory records
We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become orders are removed once they are no longer useful to either of us.
Your choices
Write to us at the email address on our contact page to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it.
