Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Shree Khodiyar Enterprise, Ahmedabad, trading as Coldex Kitchen. We supply commercial kitchen and bakery equipment; we are a supplier, not the manufacturer of the machines we sell.

Prices and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown inclusive of GST. The taxable value and the GST are broken out on the product page, in the cart and on your tax invoice. Prices can change, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

How an order works

Placing an order on this site puts your requirement to us; it is not a completed sale until we confirm it. We call you to confirm stock and your delivery address, and to settle anything that has to be agreed - including shipping, which is decided on that call and applied only if applicable. Payment details are shared on the same call.

We may decline an order - for example if a machine is unavailable or cannot be delivered to your location - and anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Specifications and photographs

Dimensions, capacities and power ratings are as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Manufacturers change their machines from time to time, so specifications may change without notice. Photographs are representative and the machine delivered may differ in minor detail. If a particular measurement matters to your kitchen, confirm it with us before you order.

Delivery

We deliver across India. Heavier equipment goes by road transport rather than courier. Shipping charges are decided on the confirmation call and applied only if applicable - see our shipping policy.

Your site and installation

You are responsible for providing a suitable electrical supply, gas connection, ventilation and floor space for the machine, as specified for that model. Damage caused by unsuitable site conditions is not our responsibility.

Liability

Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the equipment, or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of business, loss of profit, or spoiled stock arising from equipment failure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
