About the Electric Single Pizza Oven
A single chamber with a 400×400 mm stone base, drawing 2 KW and taking up 650×570 mm of counter. The stone is the whole reason to buy an oven like this rather than a convection oven: it holds heat and gives the base of a pizza a crust that a wire shelf will never produce.
This is the size for a counter where pizza is one line on the menu - a café, a snack counter, a small restaurant kitchen where a pizza goes out every few minutes rather than continuously.
At 280 mm tall it sits on a worktop without dominating it, and at 2 KW it runs on an ordinary commercial point rather than a dedicated three phase supply.
When one chamber becomes the queue, the double stacks a second chamber into exactly the same counter space - which is usually a better answer than moving the whole station.
