About the Deluxe Food Warmer Display

A heated display in a 660×480 mm footprint drawing 800 W, for holding cooked food at serving temperature where the customer can see it.

A warmer holds; it does not cook. Food goes in hot and ready, and the machine keeps it there - which is what lets a counter sell snacks continuously through the day instead of reheating each order and making everyone wait.

The glass is as much of the point as the heat. Food that is visible sells, which is why these sit at the front edge of a counter rather than behind it.

At 800 W it runs from an ordinary point. For food that sits for hours rather than minutes, or a counter near a door losing heat, the PFW660 puts out nearly twice as much in a slightly smaller footprint.

Frequently asked questions

What are the dimensions?
The Deluxe Food Warmer Display measures 660×480×630 mm (width x depth x height).
How much power does it draw?
It draws 800 W. Check that the point it will run on is rated for that before installing it.
Does it cook the food or only keep it warm?
It holds food at serving temperature. Food goes in already cooked and ready.
How long can food be held in it?
That depends on the food rather than the machine. At 800 W it is sized for holding through a service; for a counter holding food for hours, the higher output model in this range is the safer choice.
What is the model number?
Model TFE-2P.
