About the Conveyor Toaster TT-150

A belt carries bread through the heat and delivers it toasted at the other end, on 1.3 KW in a 290×420 mm footprint. Nobody stands over it: slices go in continuously and come out at a steady rate, which is exactly what a breakfast service needs and exactly what a pop-up cannot do.

The difference in throughput is not small. Pop-up toasters manage somewhere between 60 and 380 slices an hour; conveyor toasters run from around 200 up to well over a thousand. Anywhere toast is going out constantly rather than to order, the conveyor is the machine.

It also removes a person from the job. On a buffet, guests feed it themselves; on a service line, one member of staff is not tied to the toaster through the rush.

The TT-300 is the wider version of the same idea, for when this one becomes the queue.

Frequently asked questions

What are the dimensions?
The Conveyor Toaster TT-150 measures 290×420×390 mm (width x depth x height).
How much power does it draw?
It draws 1.3 KW. Check that the point it will run on is rated for that before installing it.
How is this different from a pop-up toaster?
Bread is carried through on a belt and comes out toasted at the other end, continuously and unattended. Pop-up toasters manage roughly 60 to 380 slices an hour; conveyor toasters run from about 200 upwards.
Does someone need to operate it?
No. Slices are fed in at one end and collected at the other, so nobody is tied to the machine through a breakfast service.
What other sizes are available?
This category also has the 4 Slice Pop-up Toaster, the 6 Slice Pop-up Toaster and the Conveyor Toaster TT-300. Tell us your daily output and we will point you at the right one.
